How long will it take for me to receive the goods?
It’s normally 7-45 days how fast to receive goods it’s really depends on what the delivery method you choose.
How do I return my order?
Please understand our return policy：
For any damaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased;
(ii) the following products are not eligible for return: The undamaged products which with all features same as we show on our website or customer has already confirmed.

Can we get everything customized here?
Yeah, all cycling wear products, like cycling jersey, bib, shorts, tights, skinsuit, trisuit, jacket, windcoat, gloves, shoes, socks, caps, arm & leg warmers and all cycling accessories…
How about your lead-time?
After confirmed sample, 15-20 days for mass production. Rush order is acceptable.
How about the MOQ?
Depend on items which you wanna do with, for example:10 pieces for cycling jerseys, pants; 200 pieces for cycling gloves, 200 units for cycling shoes 50 units for cycling accessories and 600 units for socks… some items of MOQ are different, please contact us for more information, thanks.
Can we have our own logo, design or individual name?
Sure, it is part of customization. Just tell us your ideas and send us you logo or patterns.
