How to change shipping address?
Before place an order you can add new shipping address and place order with it. Before ship out the order please contact the seller in time to update correct shipping address. The seller can arrange shipment to the correct one. Or you can cancel the order and place a new one. Your payment will be fully refunded within 1-7 days after getting selle’s approval. After ship out the order after seller ships the parcel, shipping address could not be changed any more. Hope you kindly understand this. Usually, shipping companies will call the contact number on the parcel if it is failed to be delivered.
Why I cannot save shipping address?
If you receive error message, please enter English only; please check whether your shipping address include non-English letters (like é), and replace the non-English words with similar English character (like e). If you receive error message ‘Please update your address in order to be able to place an order’: please visit “My Order-Shipping Address” page to check whether any information is missed out there. If yes, please fulfil necessary information as required.If you cannot find your state or city from dropdown list: please choose “other” firstly at the bottom of dropdown list and input detailed address in the next filed to save for ordering.

Express etc.The shipping methods are set up by the suppliers, you can shoose shipping method while placing orders.If you have doublt about shipping method, you are advised to directly contact the supplier for more shipping information. To contact the supplier, you may go to the product detail page or shop and click Contact Now to send a message to seller.

How do I change size, shipping address etc. of my order?
After you place the order, the order details (like color, size, shipping address etc.) cannot be changed.If you placed order with wrong information, please contact the seller before the order is shipped out, and suggest seller to ship with correct information. You can also cancel order before the order is shipped out.

LOGISTICS TRACKING
Why is there no tracking info. after shipment?
After seller sends out the order, it usually takes 11 days at most for the tracking information to be updated. If tracking information on the order page is still not updated 12 days after shipment, you may contact the seller for more information or try to track the parcel by yourself.
Why does the shipment Tracking number change into a new one which shared with other orders?
If the tracking number changed a new one as following: it means that the shipping method of shared orders had been updated a better one to improve the shipping time and you can pick up the orders’ packages together for the new shared tracking number.
